The Research and Implementation of Multilingual Domain Name System and Chinese Domain Name System

With the Internet localization, the demand of multilingual domain name was appearing. As the fundamental technology, domain name system has relationship with almost any Internet application technologies. If domain name system could not run stably, it is impossible for Internet running well.
