| 摘 要： | 为探讨硒对慢性肝病患者血中白细胞介素Ⅱ受体的影响，５６例慢性肝病患者随机分为常规治疗组和补硒治疗组，对治疗前后患者血中硒，过氧化脂质和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平进行了测定和比较。

| Abstract: | cases with chronic hepatic diseases were randomly chosen and saparated into normal treat meat group and Se supplement treatment group. The content of Se,values of LPO and sIL-2R were determined before and after treatment. The results were studied and compared It indicates that Se supplement can improve the disorder of immunity that is good to the treatment. |
