破片撞击充液密闭油箱的实验研究及数值仿真

摘    要:针对两种不同充液密闭柴油箱,一种油箱为普通柴油箱,另一种为在油箱内层附带橡胶层的柴油箱,在一定速度范围内开展了钨合金燃烧破片撞击、引燃油箱的实验研究。试验采用高速录像拍摄破片撞击油箱的过程。研究发现,带有橡胶的油箱具有自闭合功能,在735m/s~1320m/s的速度范围内不能被引燃,而不带有橡胶的油箱可被引燃。为了揭示这种带有橡胶材料油箱的自闭合现象,利用LS—DYNA软件,选定橡胶材料为超弹性材料,对破片撞击带有橡胶结构的油箱进行了数值仿真。仿真结果表明带橡胶油箱具有自闭合力学机理。

Abstract:Experiments involved tungsten alloy burning-fragment impacting and igniting an airtight box filled with derv were carried out in a certain velocity range.Two kinds of oil box were used in the experiment,one is ordinary derv box,the other one is box lined with rubber layer in the inner wall.High-speed kinescope equipment was used to screen the process of fragment impacting derv boxes,and the results indicated that the boxes lined with rubber layer in the inner wall had a self-sealing function and were unigni...
