| Abstract: | Whereas zinc dodecanoate in xylene exhibits a critical solution temperature, it does not do so in tetrachloromethane.Evidence is presented which suggests that the abrupt increase in solubility in xylene is not due to a phase change of the solid zinc dodecanoate. |
