摘    要:九里香样品用浓硝酸消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了九里香中的Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Cu的含量。结果表明,方法的回收率在94.46%~113.33%,RSD〈2%,该法简便、准确、可信、重现性好。

Abstract:The Murraya exotica L.sample was digested by HNO3.Five trace elements including Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Cu in the samples were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that the recoveries of these microelements were between 94.46% to 113.33% and the RSD was less than 2%.The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.
