活性炭表面含氧基团对NO的还原作用

摘    要:通过C、H、N元素分析和Boehm滴定及NH3-TPD实验揭示了活性炭表面含氧基团数量及分布情况,结果表明,表面含量基团数量和分布决定了活性炭自身还原性及对NO的还原能力,活性炭表面含氧基团,特别是-COO基团,可能是最重要的NO还原反应活性中心,提出了该还原反应的机理。

Abstract:Four kinds of active carbons(AC) were investigated,which were made of coconut shell(CS),hawthorn nut (HN), mountain peach nut(PN)and coal(C),respectively.Elementary analyses showed that HNAC and PNAC were rich in oxygen-containing,however it was few in CSAC and CAC. Oxygen-containing groups,especially carboxyl groups on active carbons were found to have a great influence on the reducibilities of active carbons. And yet,the carboxyl groups were abundant on HNAC and PNAC,but scarce on CSAC and CAC illustrated by Boehm's titration and NH_3-TPD,Meanwhile,HNAC and PNAC also exhibited much better performance on NO reduction than CSAC and CAC.This revealed that oxygencontaining groups indeed acted as the reactive centers of NO reduction,especially-COOwas the most important.The reaction mechanism of NO reduction was thus proposed.
