摘    要:采用均匀实验设计方法快速找到蚕蛹虫草活性成分的高效液相色谱最优分离条件;将该优化条件用于蚕蛹虫草和冬虫夏草的水溶性成分的分离取得满意结果,并对部分组分进行了定性定量分析;均匀实验设计方法可较快找到复杂未知或半未知体系的色谱分离条件。

Abstract:The optimal HPLC chromatographic conditions for the separation of active components in Cordyceps militaris were found with the aid of uniform design. As the optimized conditions were applied to separate the water-soluble active constituentes in extracts from Cordyceps militaris and Cordyceps sinensis, satisfactory results were obtained. Both qualitative and quantitative analyses of some active constituents have been conducted on the basis of optimized separation. Hence, uniform design is a good method to optimize the chromatographic separation conditions of complicated systems with unknown or uncertain components.
