自制硫酸用钒催化剂抗毒实验的研究

摘    要:本文以自制硫酸用钒催化剂“VK—05”为研究对象,以川化钒催化剂为参照,进行氯化氢(含水汽)、氟化氢、砷及一氧化碳等杂质的中毒失活实验。结果表明:含水汽氯化氢及一氧化碳对钒催化剂是暂时性失活,而氟化氢及砷的氧化物对钒催化剂为永久性中毒。

Abstract:The present paper studlied the poisoning of the laboratory-vanadium catalyst and vanadium catalyse of the sichuan chemical Industry company by hydrochlorie acid, fluorhydric acid, arsenic okide and carbon monoxide. The results showed that hydrochlorie acid and carbon monoxide lead to temporary deactivation of vanadium cat- alyst, fluorhydric acid and arsenie oxide resulted in permanent poisoning of vanadium catalyst.
