金华市郊益母草及土壤中4种重金属含量的分析

摘    要:对金华市郊不同生态环境下益母草(Leonurus jαponicus)9个群体及其土壤中Zn、Cu、Cd、Pb 4种金属元素含量的测定和统计表明:(1)益母草体内重金属元素的含量与土壤受重金属污染的程度成正相关;(2)益母草不同部分4种重金属元素的含量均为根部多于地上部分,富集系数均为根部大于地上部分;(3)益母草能够耐受较强的重金属污染,但对4种重金属元素的富集能力均不高.研究结果和药典中规定的益母草以地上部分入药相符合.由于益母草体内重金属含量与环境背景值是相关的,在采收或人工栽培时要注意土壤及周边环境的重金属污染情况.

Abstract:The contents of four heavy metal elements including Zn,Cu,Cd,Pb in nine populations of Leonurus japonicus and their soil from different ecological environments in Jinhua suburb were determined and numerically analyzed.The results were as follows:(1)the contents of four heavy metal elements in Leonurus japonicus were proportional to the degree of contamination by heavy metal elements;(2)different parts of Leonurus japonicus followed an order as roots>parts above ground based on their concentration of four elements,the accumulation coefficients ranked as roots>parts above ground;(3)Leonurus japonicus had high endurance to the contamination by heavy metal elements,but the accumulation coefficients were not high.The results agreed with the stipulation in China Pharmacopoeia about the medicinal position of Leonurus japonicus.The contents of heavy metal elements in soil having influences on those in Leonurus japonicus to some extent,soil and environment condition should be carefully concerned when Leonurus japonicus is collected or planted.
