基于STM8S的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制方法

摘    要:无刷直流电机结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便、效率高.介绍一种无刷直流电机位置检测方法,利用反电动势过零点检测电动机换相,给出无刷直流电动机的换相点估算方法.利用STM8S的中断功能,采用三段式起动,实现对电动机换相控制和实时监控.设计了反电动势检测简化电路、电流检测与保护电路、主要的I/O口;最后采用ZW-57BL01无刷直流电机进行实验,实验表明,该方法电动机起动平稳,调速范围广、实现容易、成本低,具有较高的应用价值.

A control method for the brushless DC motor with no position sensor based on STM8S

Abstract:The brushless DC motor has the advantages of a simple structure,reliable operation,convenient maintenance and high efficiency. This paper proposes a position detection method for the brushless DC motor,which uses the back electromotive force(EMF) zero cross detection for the commutation of motors,gives the estimation method of the commutation point of the brush DC motor. STM8S interrupt functions are used to achieve the commutation control and real-time monitoring of the motor by three-stage starting. The paper also designs the simplified back-EMF detection circuit,the current detection and protection circuit,and major I/O ports. Finally,it uses ZW-57BL01 brushless DC motor in the experiment,whose results show that the method has much efficiency in the starting of the motor,the wide range of speed regulation,easy implementation,low cost and high application value.
