激光衍射谱测量金属塑性变形的方法研究

摘    要:本文讨论了弹性和塑性变形对金属表面衍射谱的不同影响,根据激光衍射谱的变化测量金属塑性变形的表面光反射率方法,对45~#钢材进行了测量,结果表明这种测试方法是可行的。同时测得了金属弹塑性变形与谱面衍射光强、逸出光强的关系曲线;对比了不同光路布置后提出了最佳方案;发现光强比与对数应变曲线的拐点可作为材料是否发生塑性变形的判据。

Abstract:Different effects of spectrum diffracted from a metal surface due to elastic and plastic deformation are discussed.According to the way of determining surface reflectance,45 label steel specimens are measured.Experimental results prove that the method is feasible.Rela- tionship between elastic-plastic deformation and intensity of diffraction as well as intensity of escape on the spectral plane are measured and expressed in curves.The best sheme is proposed after comparing different kinds of optical system.The inflection point on curves can be regarded as the criterion to distinguish elastic and plastic deformations.
