| Abstract: | According to nearly ten years wastewater emissions in China and the management present situation,application GM(1,1) model to predict the next decade wastewater emissions and the governance situation in China,and analyzed the waste water emissions and increase in cost of governance,so as to provide theoretical basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant laws and regulations. |
