摘    要:针对多属性区间数决策中既有用定量属性又有用自然语言表示的定性属性的这类复杂问题,基于集对分析的联系数理论,把定性属性值先用区间数赋值,再把各属性值区间数转换成二元联系数,建立基于二元联系数的决策模型,利用模型中的确定性联系分量作出初决策,再利用模型中的不确定量作不确定分析,得到终决策.方法简称为"确定性计算+不确定性分析-两步决策法".把以上方法用于电力黑启动决策实例计算和分析,表明方法原理清晰,方法简明,结论可靠,有应用推广价值.

Multiple Attribute Decision-making with the Interval Number and with the Hybrid Qualitative and Quantitative Based on the Connection Number
Abstract:For the multiple attribute interval values decision making problems,in which the attributes are of quantitative and the qualitative properties expressed in nature language,this is a kind of complex problems,a method based on the connection number of set pair analysis is proposed.First the qualitative attributes are valued with interval numbers,and then all the interval numbers are converted into the binary connection numbers,a decision making model based on the binary connection numbers is presented.Secondly,the initial decision is made by using the deterministic component of the model,and the final decision is made by analyzing the uncertainty of the model.This method is referred to as " certainty calculation +uncertainty analysis,a two-step decision".Finally,the above method is used to power system black-start decision-making case.It shows that principle of method is clear and concise and the conclusion is reliable by calculating and analyzing.It has application promotion value.
