摘    要:体质可分、体病相关和体质可调是中医体质理论的三个关键科学问题.其中体病相关对于"治未病"有着重要意义.随着经济发展和生活水平的提高,糖尿病发病率也随之增加.目前糖尿病已逐渐成为影响人们生活质量的慢性非传染疾病,研究中医体质与糖尿病的关联关系对于糖尿病防治的意义显而易见.对于相关性问题的研究,传统统计方法一般能判断研究对象之间的两两线性关系,但很难发现对象之间的非线性关系或多个对象对某个对象的非线性关系.将根据现代统计方法提出的BHTA算法引入到体病相关领域的研究.应用BHTA算法对所收集的中医体质与糖调节的体检数据进行分析,发现气虚、阳虚及湿热三种体质与糖调节有关联关系,并应用中医理论与病例分析了这种结果的合理性.

BHTA Method for Discovering Somatotypes of TCM that Correlate to Glycoregulation
Abstract:"Argumentation that somatotypes of TCM is classable", " argumentation that disease correlate with somatotypes of TCM" and "argumentation that somatotypes of TCM is modifiable" which performancepivotal roles in the constitution theory of TCM.Among these three argumentations,the second has more practical significance for disease prevention.With the development of economy and improvement of living standards,the incidence of diabetes also will increase.Since the diabetes has gradually become chronic non-communicable disease affecting the quality of people's life,to find which somatotypes of TCM have correlation with diabetes is important for diabetes prevention and treatment.To the problem of correlation research,traditional statistical methods can generally judge linear relationship between coupledvariables,but when interactional multiple objects influence other objects,it cannot.In his paper,a modern statistical method-BHTA algorithm is introduced,and be used to find witch type of somatotype of TCM is correlatedwithglycoregulation,and we discovered that qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and damp and hot constitution has correlation with glycoregulation.The discovering is accordant with traditional Chinese medicine theory.
