摘    要:新型高效电池是目前太阳能电池发展的方向。在简述太阳能光伏发电原理和传统晶硅太阳能电池成熟的制造工艺的基础上.结合对制约太阳能电池发展的转换效率提升与生产成本下降两大因素的分析,探讨了近年来新型高效电池制造工艺与技术的进展与产业化应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper, the principle and traditional manufacturing processes of silicon solar cell is briefly introduced. Furthermore the recent development of manufacturing process and its future appliction for silicon solar cells is discussed for the purposes of higher efficienciy and lower cost.
