The iteration method in multiple scattering: The transfer equation

Using the iteration method, the author obtains the transfer equation for the scattering of electromagnetic waves in a system comprising a large number of statistically independent particles spherical in shape under the condition c^–1 1 c is the density of the number of particles, the scattering cross section for a single particle, and the wave number.
