Abstract: | We present experimental results obtained forRBa2Cu3O7 − x(R = Y,Er) expitaxial thin films obtained through pulsed laser deposition (PLD) and grown on yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) and SrTiO3(STO) substrates. The films have been deposited by using low deposition rates (f = 4 Hz) and with control of the film surface temperature rather than that of the sample holder leading to a high quality of the epitaxy. |
