| Abstract: | This paper introduces the classical theory and model based on herd behavior,and through introducing the illusions of assets appreciation caused by rapid economic growth in underdeveloped market,and from the angle of investors with incomplete rationality,explains the reasons why the herd behavior occurs frequently,showing the differences between underdeveloped market and developed market. |
