| 摘 要： | 本文根据铅硅玻璃次级电子产额公式，计算了对应于不同入射能量的原初电子进入微通道板的最佳入射倾斜角。指出不同材料制作的微通道板（不同的微通道板皮玻璃料方），工作在不同的条件下（入射电子能量不同），就必须设计不同的倾斜角，否则微通道板的电子倍增潜力得不到充分发挥。

| Abstract: | Based on the formula of secondary electron yield, the optimal inclined angles for MCP have ho calculated according to the different energy of primary electrons. It is obvious that in order to make better use of the MCP gain, angles must be made in accordance with the material from which the MCP is made and the conditions under which the intensifier works. |
