包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构的啮合原理及分析

摘    要:首次提出了包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构的基本构思,即将业已成熟的蜗轮蜗杆(及齿轮)传动原理与技术,引入到分度凸轮机构的研究中,建立了包络蜗杆凸轮副的运动几何模型;并针对柱形面状的分度盘轮齿廓面(如渐开线柱面),讨论了其共轭曲面的形状与特征、接触线分布规律、共轭的界限条件、诱导曲率等问题,奠定了此类机构的理论基础,为分度凸轮机构装置的设计与制造提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The conception of the enveloping worm indexing cam mechanism (EWICM) is proposed by the first time, and the kinematic and geometric characteristics model of EWICM is established through introducing worm gear drive techniques to indexing cam mechanisms. Nevertheless, according to the indexing plate surface forms such as involute column, the conjugate performances are analysed and discussed for EWICM, including the engaging surface shapes and features, the contact line distribution features, the conjugate limitation conditions, inducing curvature and so on. All of these provide a concrete foundation for EWICM both in theory and practice.
