旋转弹体表面红外辐射干扰补偿模型

摘    要:针对地球红外辐射姿态测试方法中弹体表面红外辐射干扰较大的问题,建立旋转弹体自身红外辐射补偿模型,从而提高弹体姿态测量精度。首先,采用瞬态热平衡微分方程推导出旋转弹体表面温度变化曲线,获取弹体自身红外辐射亮度。然后,根据地球红外辐射及其在大气中的传播规律,建立了弹体自身红外辐射补偿数学模型。最终结合红外传感器输出和所推导的补偿模型,估算红外辐射补偿参数。结果表明补偿后姿态角解算误差显著降低,俯仰角和横滚角解算误差最终分别保持在±0.2°和±0.4°以内。本方法对姿态测量误差的减小具有显著效果,补偿方法简单有效,对旋转弹体的红外姿态测试技术的研究具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of high-precision projectile attitude measurement based on the infrared radiation of the earth, a compensation model for the infrared radiation field of spinning projectile is established to improve the accuracy of attitude measurement. Firstly, The transient temperature of the projectile surface is deduced by using the transient thermal equilibrium differential equation. Then, based on the earth infrared radiation and its propagation law in the atmosphere, the mathematical compensation model of the projectile's infrared radiation field is established. Finally, based on the outputs of infrared sensors and using the derived compensation model, the parameters of the infrared radiation field can be obtained by calculation. After the compensation,the estimation errors of pitch and roll angles are within ±0.2° and ±0.4°, respectively. The proposed method has a significant effect on the reduction of attitude measurement error. Its compensation method is simple and effective, and can provide reference for the study of the infrared attitude test technology of the spinning projectile.
