摘    要:基于在H3PO4介质中痕量亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化锌试剂的反应建立了测定亚硝酸根的新催化光度法,研究了影响反应速率的条件,反应速率方程为-dcZincon/dt=k′cZincon*cBrO-3*cNO-2,表现活化能E′=33.13 kJ*mol-1,表观速率常数k′=1.32×10-3*s-1,方法检出限是6.0×10-10g*mL-1,测定范围是0.60~30.00 μg*L-1,直接用于水体中亚硝酸根的测定结果满意.

Abstract:A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite based on the oxidation reaction between KBrO3 and Zincon in H3PO4 medium has been developed. The optimum conditions for the rate of the reaction were studied, and the rate equation of the reaction was found to be -dcZincon/dt = k'cZincon.cBrO3-.CNO2-. The apparent activation energy and the apparent rate constant were 33.13 kJ.mol-1 and 1.32 x 10(-3).s-1, respectively, the detection limit was 6.0 x 10(-10) g.mL-1, and the range of determination was 0.60-30.00 micrograms.L-1. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in water with satisfactory result.
