摘    要: 建立了一种准确测定水溶液中榄香烯哌啶盐含量的方法。样品水溶液经碳酸钠中和 ,并用含正十八烷(内标 )的正庚烷溶液萃取后 ,采用毛细管气相色谱法进行分析。方法的线性范围为 1 0 g/L~ 1 0 0 g/L ,精密度小于 2 % ,平均回收率为 99 96% ,RSD为 0 46% (n =5)。

Abstract:beta-Elemene and its derivatives were hopeful new antitumor drugs. A method for determination of elemenyl piperidine salt in water has been developed with capillary gas chromatography. The samples were neutralized by sodium carbonate and extracted by n-heptane. n-Octadecane was used as the internal standard. The linear range was from 10 g/L to 100 g/L, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The average recovery of the method was 99.96% and the RSD was 0.46% (n = 5). The coefficient of variation was less than 2%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be applied to the determination of the nitrogen-containing compounds of beta-elemene.
