| 摘 要： | 用气相色谱法测定了第一冷巴布贴剂中的樟脑、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚。使用15%DEGS,ChromosorbW(AW-DMCS)80～100目,2m×3mmi.d.不锈钢柱,从70℃至180℃程序升温,以联苯为内标物,以样品的进样量对样品与内标的峰面积之比进行线性回归,各组分线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995～0.9999。平均回收率:樟脑为99.63%,薄荷醇为99.83%,水杨酸甲酯为100.0%,麝香草酚为100.4%。

| Abstract: | The contents of camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate and thymol in JEIL COOL PAP were determined with gas chromatography by using a stainless steel column (2 m x 3 mm i.d.) packed with 15% DEGS, Chromosorb W (AW-DMCS) 80-100 mesh. Temperature programming was from 70 degrees C to 180 degrees C. The quantitative determination was performed with diphenyl as the internal standard. The internal standard method showed good linearity (r = 0.9995-0.9999). The average recoveries were 99.63% (camphor), 99.83% (menthol), 100.0% (methyl salicylate) and 100.4% (thymol). |
