摘    要:采用美国FDA认可的ErchoniaEML(ML2)型GaAlAs低功率激光器,对急性骨骼肌钝挫伤模型大鼠进行治疗,观察低功率激光照射对损伤骨骼肌再生与修复过程中自由基代谢的影响,探讨低功率激光对骨骼肌损伤的防治作用.结果发现,低功率GaAlAs激光照射能显著提高受损肌肉的SOD活性,增强抗氧化能力,减轻氧化损伤.

Abstract:The effects of 635nm GaAlAs laser on free radical metabolism in rat muscle contusion models was investigated. The results revealed that 635nm GaAlAs laser can improve SOD activity of the injured muscle and the ability of antioxidant, lessen the oxidative injury.
