| Abstract: | Distorted-wave Born approximation calculations are reported for electron impact ionization of He, Ne, Ar, Kr and Xe in coplanar symmetric geometry at energies of 100, 500 and 1000 eV. Of special interest is double scattering effect at large angles. |
