Abstract: | A nonstandard temperature dependence of the impurity-band hopping Hall mobility at low temperatures is derived for a model with a rectangular form of the density of uncorrelated levels, using the Generalized Stochastic Liouville Equation Model in a way reminding of the Holstein and Friedman approach. |
