粘红酵母处理味精废水的研究

摘    要:对粘红酵母处理味精废水的条件进行研究。结果表明最佳处理条件为:进水COD浓度为10000mg/L,pH为6.16,发酵温度为32℃,发酵时间为72h,接种量为15%。该条件下可使味精废水COD的去除率达80.53%以上,利用发酵后的菌体,可提取单细胞蛋白,提取油脂,具有一定的应用潜力。

Abstract:The treatment of monosodium glutamate waste water by Rhodototula glutinis has been studied. The results indicate that the optimum conditions for operation of the process are: COD of the incoming water=10000mg/L, pH=6.16, T=32℃, t=72h and 15% inoculation volume. Under these conditions, the COD can bereduced by 80.53%. The residual Rhodototual glutinis thalli can be used to produce lipids and proteins, indicating that the process has commercal potential.
