| 摘 要： | 用ＴＬＣ扫描法研究大白鼠对蒿甲醚（ＭＤＡ）的快速吸收及ＭＤＡ在其体内的分布，结果表明，ＭＤＡ在大脑、肌肉中可以维持较高浓度及较长时间。在代谢活跃的肝、肾等脏器中则维持的时间较短，分布的量也较少。按每ｋｇ体重给药８０ｍｇ，６０ｍｉｎ后，在ＭＤＡ在大白鼠血球与血浆中的浓度之比为０．５３，１２０ｍｉｎ后在血浆中的浓度为１．２０４×１０＾－９ｍｏｌ·Ｌ＾－１，但在其他脏器中都检测不出。
