光电直读光谱法测定锡青铜中9种杂质元素

摘    要:利用光电直读光谱仪快速测定了锡青铜中的9种杂质元素,通过调整工作曲线及其它影响测定的因素,最终确定了锡青铜的最佳分析条件,方法的相对标准偏差RSD为0.33%~4.4%,对标准样品的实际测定结果与标准值基本一致,精密度与准确度均能满足日常分析需求。

Abstract:Nine elements in tin bronze were quickly analyzed by photoelectric direct-reading spectroscopy. The optimal analytical conditions for tin bronze were determined after adjusting working curves and investigating some of experimental factors that might influence the determination results. The relative standard deviation of the method was in the range of 0.33%~4.4% . The testing results for the standard samples were basically consistent with the standard values. Both precision and accuracy of the method met the requirement for daily analysis.
