微量稀土元素添加剂对YT14硬质合金粒度的影响

摘    要:利用能谱仪的图像处理程序研究和微量混合稀土元素添加剂对YT14硬质合金粒度的影响。结果表明:添加不影响硬质相WC和粘结相Co的粒度,但可以抑制YT类硬质合金C固溶体晶粒长大,细化晶粒,使晶粒大小均匀。

Abstract:The properties of the cemented carbides with RE-addition were improved in our research work.There is a 10% increase of the transverse rupture strength of YT14R as compared with YT14. The hardness and the density of YT14R are higher than that of YT14. The cast steel was cut at a speed of 140 M/min by cutting tools which made from YT14R and YT14. The wear resistant of the for mer is 1. 5 times of the latter. The samples of YT14 and YT14R were ground and polised (the content of the RE elements is less than 0.1 0 wt% ).
