截桩纠偏与基础托换加固实例分析

以舟山市定海某住宅楼收偏加固为实例，阐述了错杆静压桩基础托换加固技术和截桩纠偏结合基底掏土纠偏技术对水泥搅拌桩复合地基基础沉降不均匀房屋的综合治理，在居民不搬迁的情况下，把住宅楼倾斜扶正、使住宅楼的基础得到加固，达到了加固基础和纠偏房屋的目的。该项目的成功实施对舟山地区以后的房屋纠偏加固具有现实的指导意义。

Analysis of a Living Example to Show How to StraightenHouse Inclination by Chopping Piles and to Reinforce theFoundation by Support and Substitution

Taking a residential building in Dinghai of Zhoushan City,whose inclination was straightened and whose foundation reinforced,as a living example,this paper expounds a comprehensive way of how to straighten the deviation and reinforce the apartment building,whose sedimentation of compound foundation base of cement mixed piles was unequal,by means of the technology of supporting and changing the static pressure grouser piles and the technology of combining the method of straightening the deviation by chopping piles with the method of straightening the deviation by scooping out the earth from the foundation base.Thus,the inclination of a residential building can be straightened without the movement of its residents and the foundation base can be reinforced only to reach the aim of reinforcing the foundation base and straightening the inclination of a building.The successful implementation of the project will play an important role in the deviation straightening and reinforcement of buildings in Zhoushan in the future.
