Abstract: | Raman spectra of nanophase titanium dioxide are measured at vari-ous temperatures. All the normal modes are assigned comparing with those from rutile,anatase structures in the bulk materials, Three important effects:Oxygen deficient effect, grain-size effect and critical selection rule are dis cussed, which are apparently related to special properties of the concerning modes. |
