| 摘 要： | ICT时代,人才队伍建设关系到产业的升级,因此,加强人才队伍建设,提升人才队伍素质,以适应ICT产业的发展十分重要。阐述了ICT产业的概念和特点,分析了ICT时代人才队伍建设面临的挑战,提出了ICT时代人才队伍建设的方略。

| Abstract: | Talent team construction is related to the strengthen the construction of talent team and improve upgrading of industries in the ICT era. So, it is very important to the quality of talent team to adapt to the development of ICT industry. This paper expounds the concepts and features of ICT industry, analyzes the challenges faced by the construction of talent team in ICT era, and puts forward some strategies for the construction of talent team in ICT era. |
