摘    要:对火焰原子吸收光谱法测定锌精矿中银量的测量不确定度来源进行分析,并对各不确定度分量进行量化,求得合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为0.000 6%和0.001 2%。

Abstract:The main sources of the uncertainty of measurement of silver content in zinc concentrates with flame atomic absorption spectrometry were analyzed,and the components of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed and calculated.The combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were 0.000 6 % and 0.001 2% respectively.
