摘    要:采用流动注射技术对Cu2 、Zn2 、Mn2 进行同时测定.基于这三种金属离子均能和4-(2-吡啶偶氮)-间苯二酚(PAR)发生显色反应,但所生成络合物的吸收光谱重叠比较严重,采用化学计量学的多元校正方法,解析了Cu2 、Zn2 、Mn2 混合物的测量光谱.对药物中的Cu2 、Zn2 、Mn2 含量同时进行测定,同AAS方法做对照实验,结果令人满意.

Abstract:It simultaneously detected copper,zinc and manganese with the method of flow injection in the text.On basis of the color reactions of 4-(2-pyridine azo)-resorcin(PAR) with copper,zinc and manganese,but the absorption spectrum of complex compounds which they created overlapped with each other seriously.Dealing with the spectrum data with the method of multivariate calibrations of chemometrics,we can simultaneously analyze the measured spectrum of mixture.And the tabloid was determined with flow injection spctrophotometry in this text,Compared with the method of AAS,the results were satisfied.
