摘    要:本文采用数值模拟方法研究了进口叶尖喷气对低速离心压气机稳定工作范围的影响。计算讨论了机匣开缝和机匣安装喷嘴两种喷气方案,通过改变喷气量、喷气角、气流偏角以及喷嘴的周向布置研究不同喷气形式对压气机特性的影响。结果显示两种喷气方案均可起到拓宽压气机稳定工作范围的作用,各参数间存在最优组合使喷气的扩稳效果最佳。

Abstract:The CFD Method is applied to study the effects of steady tip injection on the stall boundary of low speed centrifugal compressor. Schemes of injecting air through a slot in the casing or injectors fixed on the casing are discussed. The influence of air injection on the performance of compressor is analyzed by altering the mass flow rate, injection angle, yaw angle and collocation of injectors. The results show that both injection schemes can push stall boundary to a smaller mass flow rate and the effect of air injection can be optimized if the parameters are disposed properly.
