摘    要:重铬酸钾分光光度法测定了沙棘茶中的茶多酚总量。在硫酸强酸性介质中重铬酸钾氧化茶多酚,其吸光度随茶多酚浓度的增加而减小,且减小值与茶多酚的浓度呈线性关系。以儿茶素为对照品,校准曲线的回归方程为y=-0.034x+0.4746(r2=0.9986);对稳定性、精密度、回收率进行了试验。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于沙棘茶中茶多酚总量的测定。

Abstract:The amounts of tea polyphenols(TP)of seabuckthorn tea were determined by spectrophotometry with potassium dichromate.In strong sulfuric acid medium,potassium dichromate oxidizes tea polyphenols,results in the decrease of absorbance with increasing concentration of tea polyphenols.The standard reference is EGCG and the regressive equation of standard curve is y=-0.034x+0.4746(r2=0.9986).The stability,precision and recovery rate were tested.The method is convenient,fast,and exact,and reliable for the determination of the total tea polyphenols in seabuckthorn tea.
