摘    要:提出了新型长余辉光致发光材料中钙锶铝铕镝钕电感耦合等离子体发射光谱的分析方法,并对有利于稀土分量测定的JY-238高分辨率仪器的工作条件作了讨论。

Abstract:A new ICP AES method is proposed in this paper for determination of Ca, Sr, Al, Eu, Dy and Nd in new photoluminescence materials with glow of longer residence. It is beneficial for testing rare earth elements with JY 238 high resolution spectrometer. The analytical conditions are discussed.
