200 kV长脉冲功率源研究

摘    要:介绍了采用脉冲形成网络(PFN)获得长脉冲功率源的基本原理,用PSpice模拟Marx型脉冲形成网络的结果,以及200 kV长脉冲功率源的设计过程。建立了一台对匹配负载输出200 kV的长脉冲功率源,功率源电路结构采用5级Marx-PFN型脉冲形成网络,网络阻抗为14 Ω左右。实验得到该功率源输出电压脉冲前沿小于500 ns,平顶宽度为3 μs,脉冲半高宽为4.3 μs,电压脉冲平顶波动小于1%,脉冲电压幅度为200 kV左右。

Abstract:The paper introduces the principle of pulse form network (PFN), the PSpice simulation result of Marx-PFN and the design process of 200 kV long pulse power generator. A 200 kV long pulsed power generator based on five-stage Marx-PFN has been built, with network impedance of 14 Ω. The results indicate that the FWHM of the output pulse with 3 μs flat-top is 43 μs,the ripples of the top of the pulse are less than 1%,the risetime of the pulse is less than 500 ns, and the voltage of the pulse is about 200 kV. The effect of earthing resistance and induction on waveform is analyzed too.
