摘    要:Diuridine 3', 5'-boianophosphate has been synthesized. Its diastereomers were separated and their configurations were tentatively assigned based on the selective snake venom phosphodiesterase (SVPDE) hydrolysis. It is found that, compared to the unmodified parent compound diuridine phosphate, the nucleophilicity and the stability of the modified compounds to SVPDE are significantly enhanced.
