摘    要:速率自适应机制能有效地解决短波信道传输可靠性与传输速率相互制约的问题。详细分析了北约5066标准中速率自适应机制的处理流程以及在特殊场景下的实现方式,并给出了两类速率自适应算法。通过仿真分析,比较了两类自适应算法的优缺点,结果表明对于不同的短波环境,速率自适应的设计应该考虑实现效率与可靠性的折中。
