摘    要:建立了紫外-可见分光光度法快速测定水溶液中十二烷基吗啉(DMP)浓度的方法。DMP浓度在0.5~70 mmol·L-1范围内,紫外可见吸收光谱在250~400 nm波长范围内的吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系。选择275 nm为测定波长,得到线性相关方程为A=0.030 7c+0.133 0,线性相关系数R2=0.980 9,检出限为9.46×10-5 mmol·L-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.100%~0.612%之间,加标回收率在95%~104%之间。温度、pH值及共存K+,Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+,Cl-,Br-,I-和SO2-4等离子对测定无影响;共存的CO2-3和HCO-3在盐酸溶解样品时已被除去,不影响测定。本方法准确度和精密度较高,样品预处理过程简单,可用于水溶液中DMP浓度的快速测定,也可用于反浮选尾液及反浮选料浆中DMP浓度的测定。

Abstract:A rapid UV-Vis spectrophotometric method was proposed to determine the conce ntration of DMP in aqueous solutions.The linear concentration range of DMP sol ution at the range of 250~400 nm is 0.5~70 mmol·L-1.At 275 nm,the linear fitting equation is A=0.030 7c+0.133 0 with a correlation of 0.980 9.The detection limitation is 9.46×10-5 mmol·L-1,the R SD (n=6) of the method were at the range of 0.100%~0.612%.The recovery ratio for salt solutions sample is 95%~104%.Temperature,pH,and coexisting K+,Na+,Mg2+,Cl-,Br-,I-,SO2-4 ions do not a ffect the detection.The coexisting CO2-3 and HCO-3 ions can be eli minated with acidification.The results showed that the proposed method is simp le in pretreatment process and has high accuracy and precision.It is a quick mea surement method of DMP concentration in water solution,and can be used to meas ure DMP concentration in reverse flotation tail liquid and reverse flotation mat erial pulp.
