LiBr吸收式热泵海水淡化工艺流程的研究

摘    要:将LiBr吸收式热泵应用于多效蒸发法(MED)海水淡化工艺流程是海水淡化领域的一个新的设计概念。本文对这种热力循环进行了描述和论证,证明此工艺流程技术上是可行的。它利用低温乏汽的热能,使供给MED流程的蒸汽量高于热源提供的初始蒸汽量。蒸汽量变化的理论最大比值为1.301,给出的理论值可供经济分析作参考。对于核供热反应堆用于海水淡化提供了依据。

Abstract:The multiple effect distillation (MED ) desalination system with LiBr absorption-type compressor is a new design conception. This paper describes and discusses the thermodynamic process of the system. This technological process is feasible. The LiBrsystem absorbs the low temperature exhausted steam from the MED system, and makes use of the latent heat of this steam. The second steam generated by LiBr-system and supplied for the MED system is more than that of the original steam from the heat source. The theoretical maximum flow rate ratio between the second steam and the original steam is 1. 301, it depends on the thermodynamic and chemical properties of LiBr-solution. This conclusion should be useful for economic analysis.
