摘    要:实验研究证明在氧化性气氛中,在一定温度下含碳球团能够快速直接还原。还原得到的金属化球团表面会被迅速氧化生成铁氧化物层,阻碍氧化过程的进行,出现氧化停滞现象,得到直接还原铁。

Abstract:The caboratorial tests have illustrated that the carbon-containing pellets can be quickly reduced at the high temperaturesunder oxidizing atmosphere.The surface of the reduced iron pellets can be oxided so quickly by the gas that an iron oxidate shell is produced which is close to the surface of the pellets,which prevents the reduced iron from further oxidization.Therefore,the oxidizing process stops and the direct- lyreduced iron can be obtained.
