| 摘 要： | 运用工作流技术，可以对其业务过程建模并且控制过程的执行。介绍了应用工作流技术研究开发重庆联通的运雏管理信息系统，给出该系统的总体结构设计，包括系统功能结构和工作流管理框架。

In the paper, the authors develop the operation and maintenance information system for China United Telecom Corporation Chongqing Branch by making use of the work-stream technology, and present the system framework including system function structure and work-stream management structure. |
