| Abstract: | The systematics of the number of heavy prongs in proton-nucleus interactions in emulsion in the energy range from a few GeV to few hundred GeV have been studied. The results disfavour the secondary processes in the target nucleus in general and intranuclear cascading of hadrons in particular. |
