| 摘 要： | 动物血红蛋白（Hemoglobin,Hb）不仅具有运载氧气的功能,还具有氧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和抗菌等功能.动物血红蛋白功能及结构千差万别,尤其是无脊椎动物,保守性较低.但是其主要功能—–氧运载蛋白功能没有改变;由于血红蛋白的某些结构的变化,从而可以使得血红蛋白获得新的功能.研究动物血红蛋白的结构与功能对揭示生物进化具有重要意义.
