| Abstract: | Summary The influence of thymic factors on the levels of different cyclic nucleotides in human lymphoblastic lymphoma cells has been studied. A single-step HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 2 ,3-cGMP, 3,5-cGMP, 2,3-cAMP and 3,5-cAMP from biological cell materials is described. Concentrations even in the picomolar range could be determined quantitatively.
