| Abstract: | A possibility and necessity is discussed that makes and adds the liquorof sodium alginate directly to produce fine dried noodles in the paper. A way is looked to innovating the traditional production processes, to cut down the consumption. of raw materials and to reduce losses of energy to increase productivity and economic efficiency and to develop production and technology of find dried noodles with sodium alginate. |
